That the Agreement for Professional Services between Blank, Wesselink, <br /> Cook & Associates, Inc., and the City of Decatur heretofore approved by Resolution No. 98-165 <br /> be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended to authorize an increase from $27,500.00 to <br /> $54,600.00. <br /> Section 2. That the increase is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is authorized <br /> by law. <br /> Section 3.
