Illinois Street, in Decatur, <br /> Illinois. <br /> The Corporate Authorities of the Proposed Issuer will hold and conduct a public <br /> hearing related to the issuance by the Issuer of up to the above Maximum Bond Amount of <br /> industrial project revenue bonds to assist the Borrower in financing the Project. The bonds are to <br /> be payable solely by revenues to be generated by or on behalf of the Borrower and the Project. <br /> The Issuer's credit will not be involved.
