� ' 1.3 Assignee farever releases, waives, relieves Assignor from any claims under the ' <br /> Maintenance Agreement and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Assignar <br /> from and against any and all claims, obligations and/or liabilities under the <br /> Lighting Agreements or the Maintenance Agreement that arise on or after the <br /> Effective Date. <br /> 1.4 Assignee acknowledges that after the Effective Date, Assignee will be responsible <br /> for the payment of the monthly un-metered tariff to Illinois Power (IP Account # <br /> 9456759013) for the energy associated with the lighting system, for so long as the , <br /> lights are in place and operation, which payment is currently approximately Three <br /> Hundred Sixty Dollars per month.
