Project Scope of Work,Schedule&Work Plan continued • Review the applicable strategies for the development ofThe Urban Corridor Plans. • Establish the program and direction for the development of the Afternative Urban Corridor Plans. • Confirm action plan for performing and coordinating the next portion of the work effort, Task 2..3 Develo ent of�lternative Conc?htuol Urban Corridor Plans-Based on the applicable design strategies and the agreed upon program and direction for the Afternative Urban Corridor Plans,HOI�and CBB will develop three conceptual alternatives for review with the Steering Committee and City Staff. • Develop preliminary alternative corridor improvement concepts. - • Develop alternative plan enlargements of several key areas to illustrate proposals. • Develop alternative sketch vignettes of several key areas to illustrate proposals. • Develop alternative traffic and roadway strategies. • Develop alternative phasing strategies. • Develop implementation strategies. Task 2.4 Selection o�Alternative Concebtual Urban Corridor Plan Workshob - Based on the applicable design strategies and the agreed upon program and direction for the Afternative Urban Corridor Plans,HOK and CBB will review the three A�temative Conceptual Urban Corridor Plans with the General Public,the Steering Committee and City Staff to identify and select the elements of the afternative pians to Refine into a single Conceptual Urban Corridor Plan. • Present and review Afternative Conceptual Urban Corridor Plans in a public participation workshop. • Prepare web-based material for display ofAlternatives with e-mail response capabilities. • Revise and adjust the plan as necessary to achieve a consensus. • Establish an agreed upon direction for the single Conceptual Urban Corridors Plan. • Obtain Steering Committee approval to refine the single Conceptual Urban Corridors Plan. • Confirm action pian for performing and coordinating the next portion of the work effort Task 3.0- Refine the single Gonceptual Urban Corridor Plan Based on the selected single Conceptual Urban Corndor Plan,HOK will refine the plan to develop ' the single Conceptual Urban Corridor Plan for review by the Steering Committee and reach agreement on the elements of the Final Urban Corridors Plan.
