The goal of � this workshop will be to confirm and solicit additional input on the analysis,identification of issues ' and to clearly establish the goals and objectives ofThe Community to identify the direction for the � development ofThe West Main Streetscape � � • Solicit input on the significant issues,goals and objectives. � • Review the collected data,analysis and issues identified in the previousTasks. _ • Confirm the goals,objectives and direction for the development of atternatives. • Confirm action plan for performing and coordinating the next portion of the work effort Task 2.0 -Alternative West Main Streetscape Goncepts From the information gained and developed during the previousTasks,HOK will develop and prepare a program for the development of the improvement of the visual and functional environment ofThe West Main Streetscape project area.Applicable issues will be identified to prepare Aftemative plans for review to develop Conceptual Plans. This task will last approximately eight(8) weeks.
