Insurance sha11 be written in the occurrence form and shall provide coverage for <br /> operations of the contractor; operations of subcontractors (contingent or protective <br /> liability); completed operations; broad form property damage and contractual <br /> liability. <br /> Commercial Automobile Liabilitv: <br /> Bodily Injury& Property Damage Limit Each Occurrence $1,000,000 <br /> The policy shall cover owned,non owned and hired vehicles. <br /> Umbrella (Ezcessl Liability: <br /> Any policy shall provide excess limits over and above the other insurance limits <br /> stated herein. SUBURBAN may purchase insurance for the full limits required, <br /> or a combination of primary policies for lesser limits and remaining limits <br /> provided by the umbrella policy. <br /> SUBURBAN will also provide proof of coverage by applicable type policies <br /> insuring any special equipment for which the CTTY may provide funds pursuant to <br /> Section 4.2 hereof. <br /> All insurance shall remain in full force and effect during performance of any and <br /> a11 work under this agreement. Higher minimum limits and additional coverage <br /> may be specified by special provision elsewhere in this agreement. Whether <br /> stated here or elsewhere, the CIT'Y does not warrant the adequacy of the types of <br /> insurance coverage or the limits of liability specified. � <br /> 6.2 SUBURBAN shall include the CTTY as an additional named insured on a11 general <br /> liability and automotive liability policies. Such policies shall be with insurance companies <br /> acceptable to the CITY and shall provide that the CTTY must receive written notice of <br /> cancellation or reduction in coverage not less than thirty (30) days prior to the effective da.te of <br /> such cancellation or reduction. SUBURBAN sha11 furnish the CITY with a certificate of <br /> insurance attesting to the coverages and limits required herein, which certificate must be on file <br /> with the CTI'Y prior to the start of each collection period. The certificate of insurance shall <br /> include a statement "the coverage and limits conform to the minimums required by the CTTY for <br /> leaf vacuuxning", indicating the CI'TY'S additional insured status. In no event sha11 any failure of <br /> the CTTY to receive certificates or to demand receipt be construed as a waiver of SUBURBAN'S <br /> obligation to obtain and keep in force the required insurance. <br /> 5 <br />
