BACKGROUND: City Council passed the Annual Appropriation Ordinance 2015-10 on March 16,2015 for the purpose of defraying the expenses of several departments and funds of the City of Decatur for the fiscal year beginning January 1,2015 and ending December 31,2015. It is now necessary to appropriate additional funds for operational expenditures necessary for the City to effect provision of services to its citizens which were not anticipated at the time the City Council adopted Ordinance 2015-10.
