<br /> At the SWS he has been involved in research studies covering a large variety of research areas. These areas
<br /> include physical modelling of hydraulic systems, sampling methods for monitoring solid waste landfills, monitoring
<br /> runoff from agricultural watersheds,hydrology of strip mined lands, and effects of river traffic on sediment transport
<br /> rates. At present,research emphasis is on lake sedimentation processes,sediment transport,and lake management.
