Couter, Corporation Counsel <br /> RE: Adelphia Business Solutions License Agreement <br /> SUBJECT: Adelphia Business Solutions of Illinois seeks to install fiber optic cable <br /> in City right-of-way, in order to service local users of its system. City staff and Adelphia <br /> have agreed to a license agreement to permit this use, which agreement is similar to <br /> those reached with other fiber optic providers.
