R2001-108 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF FUNDS <br /> BY MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, that there is hereby <br /> appropriated the sum of$3,680.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the purpose of the City's portion <br /> of the costs for construction of the proposed improvement of U.S. Route 36 from Moffet Lane to <br /> Wyckles Road, to include the modernization of the traffic signals at the intersection of U.S. <br /> Route 36 and Wyckles Road. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that only those streets, highways, and operations as <br /> listed and described in Agreement No. JN-501002 with the State of Illinois. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall immediately transmit two certified <br /> copies of this resolution to the district office of the Department of Transportation, at Paris, <br /> Illinois. <br /> DATED THIS 4th DAY OF JUNE, 2001.
