R2001-100 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE <br /> STATE OF ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br /> FOR MASS TRANSIT PLANNING SERVICES FOR FY 2002 <br />' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That a copy of the Agreement for Planning Services between the State of <br /> Illinois, Department of Transportation, and the City of Decatur, Illinois, a copy of which is hereto <br /> attached and made a part hereof,be received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the City Manager and the City Clerk of the City of Decatur be, and they <br /> are hereby, authorized and directed to sign and attest said Agreement on behalf of the City of <br /> Decatur, and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to furnish such additional <br /> information as may be required by the Agreement. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 21 st day of May, 2001. <br /> : �� <br /> TE .
