R2001-97 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN <br /> ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> SOUTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT DIESEL GENERATOR <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Engineering Design Services Agreement of Black & Veatch, LLP be <br /> accepted and a contract be awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 2.
