7.4 Consequential Damages. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, and to <br /> the fullest extent permitted by law, Engineer(including any of its related or affiliated companies) shall <br /> not be liable to Owner for any special, indirect, or consequential damages resulting in any way from the <br /> performance of the Services. <br /> 7.5 Limitations of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engineer's (including any of its <br /> related or affiliated companies) total liability to Owner for all claims, losses, damages, and expenses, <br /> resulting in any way from the performance of the Services shall not exceed the insured limits under this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 7.6 Survival.
