GovERrvnnErvTA� Bo�v may decide the method and frequency by which it determines the eligibility of its principals. Each GovERtvMErvTA� Bo�v may, but is not required to, check the Nonprocurement List. If a GovERtvMErvTA�Bo�Y knowingly enters into a lower tier covered transaction with a person who is suspended, debarred, ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participation, in addition to other remedies available to the federal government, the DEPa,RrMErvT may terminate this Agreement for cause or default. Nothing contained in Section 4-50 shall be construed to require establishment of a system of records in order to render in good faith the certification required by Section 4-50. The knowledge and information Of a GOVERNMENTAL Bo�v is not required to exceed that which is normally possessed by a prudent person in the ordinary course of business dealings. PART 4 SPECIFIC PROVISIONS A. Invoices. The amount shown on each invoice shall be in accordance with the rates established in Part 6.
