Lindberg on <br /> behatf of the City of Loves Park enter into an agreement ("Agreement") with the Illinois <br /> Department of Transportation, Division of Public Transportation, State of Illinois, and the City <br /> of Decatur for the purpose of transferring capital assets from Loves Park to Decatur and to <br /> amend Contract Agreement No. 1024. <br /> That Mayor Darryl F.
