The construction of the BACKGROLTND INFORMATION: Prior to the original construction, the general <br /> original storage site altered surface water flow at the site was from south to north with three main outlets—one � <br /> the overall storm drainage near the east end of the site,one near the center of the site,and one near the west end <br /> patterns from the drainage of the site. After construction, the flow through the east outlet was significantly <br /> patterns that existed prior to increased, the flow through the center outlet was significantly decreased, and the flow <br /> construction of the site. through the west outlet was moderately decreased. <br /> CORR�CTNE ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN: During the construction for the reuse of No additional 2001-2002 <br /> the storage site,new drainage outlet structures will be placed at various locations along cost—included <br /> the perimeter berms to allow storm water to flow into the original east,center, and west in site reuse <br /> surface drainage outlets. Grading will be done within the perimeter berms to restore as construction <br /> closely as possible the pre-existing drainage patterns. Limited grading will be done costs <br /> prior to the start of the Basin 6 dredging operation,with the remainder of the grading <br /> to be completed when the sediment has dried enough to support the weight of <br /> earthmoving equipment. <br /> D. The fencing and gates BACKGROLJND INFORMATION: A four-foot high woven wire fence with two <br /> installed for the original strands of barbed wire,with gates at various locations,was installed along the entire <br /> storage site have not been perimeter of the original storage site.
