R2001-73 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT FOR <br /> COUNTRY MANOR/POWERS BOULEVARD PAVEMENT RESTORATION <br /> CITY PROJECT 2001-07 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCII,OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement between SKS Engineers, Inc., (SKS), and the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois, to provide preliminary design services for a proposed roadway and storm <br /> drainage improvement project for Country Manor/Powers Boulevard area, and the same is <br /> hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute an Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and SKS Engineers, Inc., <br /> (SKS) for preliminary design services for a proposed roadway and storm drainage improvement <br /> project, for a fee not to exceed$20,000.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 16th day of April,2001. <br /> TERRY M.
