� . <br /> - A site plan, consistent with the requirements of the Decatur Guide to <br /> The Development Process; <br /> - Exterior elevations of all structures, including fences or screening walls <br /> where required, indicating proposed exterior materials and colors; <br /> - A landscape plan showing locations of plant materials, proposed <br /> species to be planted, and size by height or caliper of said plants. <br /> This plan shall also show locations of all exterior light fixtures. <br /> Specifications for said fixtures shall be provided; <br /> - Elevation drawings of all proposed signs, indicating dimensions, colors <br /> and method of lighting (if any). <br /> 9.
