R2001-48 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ALLOCATION OF FUNDS <br /> BY MUNICIPALITY UNDER THE ILLINOIS HIGHWAY CODE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois, that there is hereby <br /> appropriated the sum of$8,318.00 of Motor Fuel Tax funds for the purpose of the City's portion <br /> of the costs for construction of the proposed improvement of U.S. Route 51 Business and IL 105. <br /> BE IT FU�tTHER RESOLVED, that only those streets, highways, and operations as <br /> listed and described in Agreement No. JN-500004 with the State of Illinois. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk shall immediately transmit two certified <br /> copies of this resolution to the district office of the Departrnent of Transporta.tion, at Paris, <br /> Illinois. <br /> DATED THIS 19th DAY OF MARCH, 2001. <br /> TERRY.M.
