`��T1iV�i+� v y <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2001-20 <br /> � AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING <br /> U.S. ROUTE 51 AND IL 105 IN DECATUR,ILLINOIS <br /> STATE SECTION 48((X-1.2)RS.K-RS-1) & 128 I-1 <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CTTY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or marking are provided giving notice thereof, <br /> parking be, and it is hereby,prohibited at all times within the area described as follows: <br /> U.S. Route 51 Business (South Main Street,Franklin Street, Lake Shore Drive and <br /> South Shores Drive) and IL 105, known as State Section 48((X-1,2,)RS,K-RS-1) <br /> for the project limits described in Agreement JN-500004 between the City and the <br /> State. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who sha11 violate any of the provisions of <br /> this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than <br /> Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3. That this Ordinance sha11 take effect and be in full force ten (10) days after <br /> and from its passage, approval and legal publication as required by law, and the City Clerk is <br /> hereby directed to cause this Ordinance to be published immediately after its due passage and <br /> approval. <br />
