1 . . . <br /> Parcel V: <br /> The North six (6) inches of Lot One (1) and all of Lot Two (2) in <br /> Block Four (4) of North Decatur Addition, now known as Allen, <br /> McReynolds & Co.'s Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat <br /> recorded in Book G, Page 365 of the Records in the Recorder's Office <br /> of Macon County, Illinois. Situated in Macon County, Illinois. <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS, on February 19, 2001, as authorized by Resolution No. R2001-29, the City also <br /> purchased the following described real property: <br /> Lot One (1) in Block Four(4), except the North six (6) inches thereof, <br /> of Allen McReynolds & Company's Addition, as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book G Page 365 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois. <br /> (both purchases, collectively, described hereinafter as the"Property"); and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Property is located within the Olde Towne Redevelopment Project Area <br /> ("AREA"), as designated by Ordinance No. 2000-37, and it is the intent of the City to use the <br /> property for the redevelopment of the AREA in accordance with the Olde Towne Redevelopment <br /> Plan, as adopted by Ordinance No. 2000-36. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: ' <br /> Section 1.
