Perry, Purchasing Supervisor(�� <br /> SUBJECT: Bids for sidewalk sweeper. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract to First Access to <br /> furnish one (1) 424TR Applied Sweeper sidewalk sweeper. <br /> BACKGROUND: Replaces a 1992 Tennant sweeper. The low bid of Woody's Municipal <br /> Supply does not meet City of Decatur specifications in the following,areas: <br /> City of Decatur specifications Woody's Municipal Supplv (Madvac) <br /> 1. Sweeper shall be equipped with 1. 6.5 mph top speed.
