ORDINANCE NO. 2004-50
<br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
<br /> - WABASH CROSSING -
<br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of June, 2004, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan
<br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of East Lake/Decatur LLC to modify and
<br /> amend the Planned Development previously approved by Ordinance No. 2002-07, as subsequently
<br /> amended, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows:
<br /> All of Lots 11-15, 24-26, 27-33, 38-42, 48-54, 69, 70, 72, 73, 80, 81, 91, 92,
<br /> 94-96, 98, 99, and 101-103 in Wabash Crossing First Addition, recorded as
<br /> Document Number 1619442 in Book Number 1832, Page 803 in the Macon
<br /> County Recorder's Office, said subdivision being a part of the Southwest Quarter
<br /> of Section 2, Township 16 North, Range 2 East the Third Principal Meridian, City
<br /> of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend
<br /> that the modification of said Planned Development as requested be authorized.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
<br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS:
<br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be,
<br /> and the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved.
<br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid Planned Development be, and the same is hereby, further
<br /> modified and amended, and petitioner be, and it is hereby, authorized and permitted to develop
<br /> the premises descnbed above in accordance with the site plan hereto attached, marked Exhibit A
<br /> and hereby made a part hereof.
