� � <br /> . � � _ <br /> � <br /> East Prairie Street: Block 100;between Main Street and Water Street; <br /> East William Street: Block 100,between Main Street and Water Street; <br /> North Park Street; <br /> South Park Street; and, <br /> Merchant Street. <br /> Section 2. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, parking of <br /> vehicles shall be, and it is hereby, limited to a maximum of three (3) consecutive hours between <br /> the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on any day anywhere within the aforesaid Customer <br /> Parking Zone. <br /> Section 3. That the hourly rate for parking at parking meters in the Downtown Decatur <br /> Customer Parking Zone shall be $0.25 per hour. <br /> Section 4. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of <br /> this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than <br /> Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 5. That the provisions of all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance insofar as the same are in conflict with said provisions be, and the <br /> same are hereby,repealed. <br /> Section 6. That Ordinance No. 2002-51 be, and it is hereby, repealed. <br /> Section 7.
