�. <br /> 59. METERS IN PARKING LOTS. In parking lots 1, 3, 4, 5 <br /> and 10 parking meter zones are hereby established, and the City Manager is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to cause parking meters to be installed as <br /> provided in this Chapter. The hourly charges for parking in lots 3 and 4 shall <br /> be $0.20 per hour. The hourly charges for parking in lots 1, 5 and 10 shall be <br /> $0.25 per hour. <br /> 62. MONTHLY CHARGES. (A) The monthly charge or rate <br /> for other than hourly pazking in spaces designated for the same on all levels of <br /> Gazage B is Twelve Dollars($12.00)per month. <br /> (B) The monthly charge or rate for other than hourly parking in spaces <br /> designated for the same on the lower level of Garage C is Thirty Dollars ($30.00) <br /> per month; and the monthly charge or rate for other than hourly parking in spaces <br /> designated for the same on the upper level of Garage C is Twelve Dollars <br /> ($12.00). <br /> 71. DOWNTOWN RESIDENT PARKING PERMITS. (A) <br /> Each Downtown Resident shall, upon providing proof of downtown residency to <br /> the Finance Department of the City of Decatur, be eligible to receive a single, <br /> nontransferable "Downtown Resident Parking Permit - Class A" authorizing the <br /> vehicle described in the permit application only, to park in the Downtown Area, <br /> excluding the Customer Parking Zone, without additional fee, as follows: <br /> (i) From 3:00 P.M. through 10:00 A.M. Mondays through Saturdays, and <br /> all day Sundays, vehicles displaying valid Downtown Resident Parking Pernuts - <br /> Class A may be parked at any otherwise unrestricted City-controlled, metered or <br /> non-metered parking garage, surface parking lot, or street parking space, except <br /> those metered or posted spaces designated "20 Minute Limit" or "30 Minute <br /> Limit". <br /> (ri). Vehicles displaying valid Downtown Resident Parking Permits - Class <br /> A may park at any unrestricted, City-controlled metered or non-metered parking <br /> garage, surface parking lot, or street parking space designated "3 Hour Limit" or <br /> "10 Hour Limit" for up to a maximum of 72 consecutive hours, (or longer, upon <br /> prior written authorization by the Director of Engineering & Infrastructure, or his <br /> designee). <br /> 80. SETTLEMENT OF FINES. <br /> (A) Parking tickets issued for overtime parking or parking meter violations <br /> may be settled as follows: <br /> i) For violations occurring within the Customer Parking Zone: <br />
