ADDITIONS AND CHAPTER 34,TRAFFIC 1. DEFINITIONS. Downtown Decatur Customer Parking Zone. The following described area, and all parking spaces located therein, is hereby designated the Downtown Decatur Customer Parking Zone: Surface Parkin�Lot l, located at the southeast corner of East Wood Street and South Main Street� Surface Parking Lot S, located at the southeast corner of North Main Street and East William Street; Surface Parking Lot 7, located at the northwest corner of North Main Street and West Main Street; Surface Parkin�Lot 8, located at the southwest corner of West Main Street and South Main Street; Surface Parking Lot 9, located at the southeast corner of East Main Street and South Main Street; Surface Parking Lot l0, located at the northeast corner of South Main Street and East Wood Street:North Main Street,Blocks 100 and 200 between Main Street and William Street; South Main Street, Block 100 between Main Street and Wood Street; East Main Street, Block 100 between Main Street and Water Street; East Prairie Street, Block 100 between Main Street and Water Street; East William Street, Block 100 between Main Street and Water Street:North Park Street; South Park Street; and, Merchant Street. 59. METERS IN PARKING LOTS. In parking lots 1, 3, 4, 5 and 10 parking meter zones are hereby established, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause parking meters to be installed as provided in this Chapter. The hourly charges for parking in lots �3 and 4, �-�9 sha11 be $0.20 per hour. The hourlv char�es for parkin�in lots 1, 5 and 10 shall be $0.25 per hour. 62. MONTHLY CHARGES. A. The monthly charge or rate for other than hourly parking in spaces designated for the same on all levels of Garage B is . ) Twelve Dollazs ($12.00)per month. B. (A) Each Downtown Resident shall,upon . providin�proof of downtown residencv to the Finance Department of the City of Decatur, be eligible to receive a single, nontransferable "Downtown Resident Parking Permit- Class A" authorizing the vehicle described in the permit application only,to park in the Downtown Area, excluding the Customer Parking Zone,without additional fee, as follows: (i) From 3:00 P.M. through 10:00 A.M. Mondays through Saturdays, and all day Sundays, vehicles displaying valid Downtown Resident Parking Permits - Class A may be parked at any
