Containing approximately 4.00 acres, the property is vacant. Annexation is <br /> requested for connection to City water for future development. The property to the north and east is <br /> zoned R-1 Single Family Residence District; property to the south and west is in the County; when <br /> annexed the area will come into the city as R-1 Single Family Residence District. The following <br /> information is relevant to the area in question: <br />, 1. The parcel is vacant. <br /> 2. City water is located at Corman Court <br /> 3. Sanitary sewer is available at Corman Court and Rosewood Drive. <br /> 4. The average fire response time is eight(8)minutes. Long Creek is the Fire <br /> Protection District. <br /> 5.
