! <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2004-22 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING ZO1vING ORDINANCE <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Section II of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur(Ord. No. 3512 <br /> as amended by Ord. No. 2002-33) be, and the same is hereby, amended at the alphabetically listed <br /> definition of"RESTAURANT", at subparagraph"Temporary Facilities" so that said definition, as <br /> amended, shall provide as follows: <br /> SECTION II. DEFINITIONS <br /> Temporary Facilities: Establishments within a movable, temporary building or a <br /> mobile trailer or similar vehicle, erected for seasonal sales of food or confections. <br /> Temporary facilities erected for an event of four days duration or less are not <br /> subject to these requirements. Temporary facilities established for a period longer <br /> than four days shall be subject to the following: <br /> 1. Temporary facilities shall be allowed to operate only between March 15 and <br /> November 30. <br /> 2. Signs for temporary facilities are allowed only on the temporary facility itself. <br /> A single freestanding temporary sign may be established for the temporary facility <br /> use, subject to the requirements of Section XXV. <br />
