. � <br /> "Bond Moneys" means the Pledged Taxes and any other moneys deposited into the <br /> Bond Fund and investment income earned in the Bond Fund. <br /> "Bond Reoister" means the books of the City kept by the Bond Registrar to evidence the <br /> registration and transfer of the Bonds. <br /> "Bond Registrar" means National City Bank of Michigan/Illinois c/o National City <br /> Bank of Indiana, Indianapolis, Indiana, a national banking association, or a successor thereto or <br /> a successor designated as Bond Registrar hereunder. <br /> "City" means the City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois. <br /> "Code" means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. <br /> "Council" means the Council of the City. <br /> "County Clerk" means the County Clerk of The County of Macon, Illinois. <br /> "Escrow Agent" means a bank or trust company having trust powers as designated in the <br /> Bond Notification. <br /> "Escrow Agreement" means the agreement by and between the City and the Escrow <br /> Agent as authorized in Section 14 hereof and set forth as Exhibit A. <br /> "Ordinance" means this Ordinance, numbered as set forth on the title page hereof, and <br /> passed by the Council on the 15th day of March 2004. <br /> "Paying Agent" means National City Bank of Michigan/Illinois c/o National City Bank <br /> of Indiana, Indianapolis, Indiana, a national banking association, or a successor thereto or a <br /> successor designated as Paying Agent hereunder. <br /> "Pledged Taxes" means the taxes levied on the taxable property within the City to pay <br /> principal of and interest on the Bonds as made in Section 11 hereof. <br /> "Reficnded Bonds" mean the bonds of the City described and defined as such in the <br /> preambles to this Ordinance. <br /> -4- <br />
