. - <br /> �� , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2004-17 � <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> - SUMMIT COURT AND RAVINA PARK ROAD - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when an appropriate sign is erected giving notice thereof, the driver of a <br /> vehicle northbound on Summit Court approaching Ravina Park Road shall stop and yield the <br /> right-of-way to vehicles on Ravina Park Road which have entered the intersection of said streets <br /> or which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said driver <br /> having so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of <br /> this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than <br /> Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each offense. <br /> Section 3.
