♦ i � r ORDINANCE NO. 2004-15 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING ONE-HOUR PARKING ZONE -BOTH SIDES OF SOUTH 16TH STREET BETWEEN EAST RIVERSIDE AND EAST DICKINSON STREETS - BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That in accordance with and subject to the applicable provisions of Chapter 34 of the City Code, when appropriate signs are installed thereat, the parking of vehicles on the following described premises be, and the same is hereby limited to a maximum of one (1) hour, and the same is hereby designated a one-hour parking zone: Both sides of South 16th Street from East Riverside and East Dickinson Streets between the hours of 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. on days when school is in session. Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars ($10.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Section 3. That the provisions of all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance insofar as the same are in conflict with said provisions be, and the same are hereby, repealed.
