ORDINANCE NO. 2004-10 <br /> ORDINANCE ADDING TERRITORY TO ENTERPRISE ZONE <br /> -ENLOE DRUGS PROJECT - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Ordinance No. 82-122, as amended, passed on the 29th day of <br /> December, 1982 be, and the same is hereby, further amended at Exhibit A thereof by adding to <br /> the end of said Exhibit the following: <br /> ALSO (Amendment 26) <br /> From the intersection of the e�sting Enterprise Zone connecting strip <br /> along north right of way of US Route 36 and Sunnyside Road south along <br /> Sunnyside Road to the intersection of the following parcel: All that part of the <br /> Southeast % of the Southeast %4 of Section 7, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of <br /> the third P.M. that lies South of the South right of way of U.S. 36, except the east <br /> 150 feet thereof and also except the following described: Commencing at a stone <br /> at the Southwest of the Southeast %4 of the Southeast '/4 of Section 7; thence North <br /> 16 rods; thence West 40 rods; thence south 16 rods to the point of beginning, to <br /> include a total of 11.95 acres more or less. <br />
