LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br /> bv and between the <br /> Citv of Decatur. Illinois <br /> and the <br /> Decatur Police Benevolent Labor Committee <br /> The parties hereby agree to the following: <br /> 1. Effective January l, 2004 the parties hereto shall establish a joint employer/union <br /> insurance committee. The parties shall appoint their own representatives up to a <br /> maximum of three (3) members from each party. The purpose of this committee shall <br /> be to meet and confer regarding health insurance issues. The committee shall meet at <br /> least quarterly or at the request of either party. If the parties agree that any given <br /> quarterly meeting is unnecessary such quarterly meeting shall be waived. <br /> 2. The parties agree to renegotiate the provisions of Article 7, Section 2(b) during the <br /> term of this Agreement, at the request of either party; provided that, such notice must <br /> be given by one party to the other not more than thirty (30) calendar days after the <br /> date of the award in the grievance arbitration between the City and the Union <br /> concerning Sgt.
