Buckley, requesting that there be <br /> annexed to the City territory described as: <br /> Lot Sixty (60) of Wilcox Wayside Fanns Addition as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 300 Page 186 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within <br /> such territory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is <br /> contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated <br /> town or other municipality; and, ' <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNGIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br />
