Mr. Naber asked the petitioner if he understood item D in the staff recommendation and <br /> if he could comply the requirements. Mr. Hostetler stated he believes he can operate the <br /> business and meet the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> Mr. Naber asked Dane Bragg if the petitioner would have to submit a site plan. Mr. <br /> Bragg stated yes, he would be responsible for submitting a site plan. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Naber/Clevenger)to forward Cal. No. 04-01 to the City <br /> Council with recommendation for approval as submitted by petitioner with <br /> Commissioners Anderson, Naber, Clevenger, and Smith voting yes and Commissioners <br /> Nordholm and Sadorus voting nay. The motion carried. <br /> Mr. Nordholm stated he thought the wording of the vote was to forward the petition to <br /> City Council with a recommendation of denial per staff recommendation. He would like <br /> the record to read he was in agreement to forward the petition to City Council with <br /> recommendation of approval. <br />
