(1) R403.1.4 - insert the words "shall extend to a minimum of 36 inches below final ' <br /> grade" in lieu of"shall extend below the frost line specified in table R301.2(1) . Delete exception ' <br /> pertaining to frost-protected footings. Delete the second sentence. <br /> (m) R602.7.2 - Delete all of the section except for the first sentence. '� <br /> (n) R802.10.5 - Add new section that reads "Trusses shall be connected to wall plates by '� <br /> the use of approved connectors having a resistance to uplift of not less than 175 pounds and shall <br /> be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's specification." <br /> APPENDIX ADOPTIONS <br /> (o) Appendix G, Swimming Pools Spas and Hot Tubs - adopt in entirety. <br /> 9. APPLICATION FOR PERMIT. Application for a permit required by said Code or <br /> this Chapter shall be made by the owner or the person or the person or entity in or entitled to <br /> possession of the premises where the proposed work is to be done, or by the agent of either, or by <br /> the engineer, architect ar contractor connected with such work. <br /> 10. FEE.
