� . , ORDINANCE NO. 2003-77 ORDINANCE ADDING TERRITORY TO ENTERPRISE ZONE PPG INDUSTRIES, INC. BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 82-122, as amended, passed on the 29th day of December, 1982 be, and the same is hereby, further amended at Exhibit A thereof by adding to the end of said Exhibit the following: ALSO (Amendment 25) From a point at the center of the bridge located at the intersection of Lake Decatur and County Highway 31 along the county highway right of way to the intersection of County Highway 30 (Elwin Road) thence east along the county highway right of way to the southwest intersection point of the following parcel: Commencing at the Center of Section 5, Township 15 North, Range 3 East of the 3�' P.M., said point established by an agreement line as per plat recorded in Book 1344 on Page 231 of the record's in the Recorder's oi�ce of Macon County, Illinois; thence N.1°00'27.2"W.
