When a relocation plan is required, and the residents are low and very low-income <br /> , households, then the plan must adopt an assistance plan that is not less than the <br /> federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of <br /> 1970 and the regulations under the Act. <br /> As previoa�sly certified the RedevelopmentPlan does not require a housing impact sticdy and, . <br /> therefore no relocation plan is reqicired. As no relocation plan is reqicired, no assistance plan <br /> is required. <br /> U. According to the Act, the municipality must indicate the effort to be made for <br /> relocation to occur near the Redevelopment Project Area. <br /> As certified, the Redevelopment Plan does not reqacire a housing impact sticdy and, therefore, . <br /> reqc�ires no relocation plan. <br /> V. According to the Act, the municipality must indicate how a change in the number of , <br /> units to be affected in a plan causes the housing provisions to be triggered. , <br /> As previously certifced, the Redevelop►nent Plan does not require a hoicsing impact study. The <br /> Ciry will follow the provisions of the Act in connection with any displacements. ; <br /> i <br /> W. According to the Act, no municipality shall adopt or amend a redevelopment plan <br /> involving the relocation of low income or very low income households from the <br /> Redevelopment Project Area without providing relocation assistance as specified in � <br /> the federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act. <br /> The City hereby certifies that all property acquisition and relocation assistance provided to <br /> low and very low income households has taken place in compliance with the Uniform <br /> Relocation Assistance and Real Properry Acquisition Act. <br /> 14 <br />
