When a relocation plan is required, and the residents are low and very low-income , households, then the plan must adopt an assistance plan that is not less than the federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 and the regulations under the Act. As previoa�sly certified the RedevelopmentPlan does not require a housing impact sticdy and, . therefore no relocation plan is reqicired. As no relocation plan is reqicired, no assistance plan is required. U. According to the Act, the municipality must indicate the effort to be made for relocation to occur near the Redevelopment Project Area. As certified, the Redevelopment Plan does not reqacire a housing impact sticdy and, therefore, . reqc�ires no relocation plan. V. According to the Act, the municipality must indicate how a change in the number of , units to be affected in a plan causes the housing provisions to be triggered. , As previously certifced, the Redevelop►nent Plan does not require a hoicsing impact study. The Ciry will follow the provisions of the Act in connection with any displacements. ; i W. According to the Act, no municipality shall adopt or amend a redevelopment plan involving the relocation of low income or very low income households from the Redevelopment Project Area without providing relocation assistance as specified in � the federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act. The City hereby certifies that all property acquisition and relocation assistance provided to low and very low income households has taken place in compliance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Properry Acquisition Act. 14
