The Decatur City Council approved the rezoning to O-1 Office District in 1995. A Planned <br /> Unit Development was approved and established also at this time. An amendment to the <br /> PUD was subsequently approved in 1997 allowing for the lot to the north to become part of <br /> the PUD in order to provide adequate space for a parking lot. <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 2. The petitioner has requested an amendment to the approved PUD to allow for the <br /> construction of an addition to the current structure. The expansion to the building will allow <br /> for more examination rooms to offer more patient room and services. <br /> 3. The petitioner will maintain the same building materials and colors on the addition that are <br /> on the existing building. <br /> STAFF ANALYSIS <br /> 4. The amendment allowing for the expansion of the existing building is consistent with the <br /> intent of the orginal approved O-1 Planned Unit Development. The building material and <br /> colors will maintain the character of the current development the surrounding area. The City <br />
