Mr. Dunn questioned whether the concrete work was already done. Mr. Flynn stated it was not <br /> done at Wallace as of yet. He stated that the concrete work was complete on property adjacent <br /> to the right- of-way. <br /> Mr. Nordholm stated that the appraisal seemed high, Mr. Flynn agreed and stated he felt like it <br /> was not worth arguing since they were making such big improvements to the area with <br /> landscaping, etc. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Peck/Nordholm) to forward Cal. No. 03-39 to the City Council <br /> with recommendation for approval as submitted by petitioner. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
