ORDINANCE NO. 2003-52 ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 1'�TEAR NORTH REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT/ -WABASH CROSSING- WHEREAS, on the 7th day of August 2003, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan �Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of East Lake / Decatur LLC to modify and amend the R-6 Planned Unit Development previously approved by Ordinance No. 2002-07 and �nended by Ordinance No. 2003-OS and Ordinance No. 2003-37, on premises situated in the City �f Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows : All of Lors 1 tlrough 118 and the roadways and alley right of ways as shown on the Final Plat of Wabash Crossing First Addition recorded as Document Number 1619442 in Book Number 1832, Page 803 in the Macon Cuunty Recorder's Office, said subdivision being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section II, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the Third Prinr,ipal Meridian, City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois. WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the modification of said R-6 Planned Unit Development as requested be authorized. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY �F DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, ;�n�l the same is hereby,reczived,placed on file and approved. Section 2. That the aforesaid R-6 Planned Unit Development be, and the same is hereby, rnodified and amended, and petitioner be, and he is hereby, authorized and permitted to develop �the premises described abo�re in accordance with the plans hereto attached, marked E�ubit A and hereby made a part hereof.
