Situated in Macon County, Illinois. WHEREAS, said D�ecatur City Plan Commission recommended that such conditional use permit be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY �F DECATUR, ILLI�IOIS: Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the same are hereby,received,placed on file and granted. Section 2. That a conditional use perniit be, and it is hereby, granted to Archer Daniels 'Vlidland Company, ar�d only to Archer Daniels Midland Company, to allow the operation of a vvater treatment facility in an R-1 Residential District upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat thereof h�reto attached marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. Section 3. That said permit be, and the same is hereby, expressly conditioned as follows: (a) ADM will screen the site with a landscaped berm and a grass buffer yard(minimum of fifteen(15) feet in width) will be provided around the site; and, (b) A site plan will be submitted and approved by the Economic and Urban Development Department and the Engineering and Infrastructuxe Department.
