':, (1 �i4��N I�eei� i�t�i� ylacon Goun� � �� Y �h+l4 Thi!!R . �RE W�e�ii��i 163'7892 R�� 9:3o nM 9�P 1 7 �� ORDINANCE NO. 2003-49 Record�d ir► �aok,,�;,3R�G�d..�.� ��fiecorder Fee 33-� �...�- All� ORDINANCE ANNEXING TERRITORY - REA'S BRIDGE ROAD - WHEREAS, there �aving been filed with the City Clerk, and by said Clerk presented to 7�e Council herewith, the petition under oath of Archer-Daniels-Midland Companyrequesting that �there be annexed to th� Cit�territory described as: The Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Thirty-three (33), Township Seventeen (17) North, Range Three (3) East of the Third Principal Meridian, EXCEPT the South 20 acres thereo� AND EXCEPT a right of way along, over, above and across the East 16.5 feet of said descnbed real estate, AND EXCEPT beginning at a point 609 feet West of the Northeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section 33, on the North line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW '/4) of said Section 33, thence West 717.6 feet to the Northwest Corner of the 5outheast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section 33, thence South 364.25 feet on the West line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1!4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Section 33, thence East 717.6 feet, thence North 364.25 feet to the place of beginning. WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the own�rs of record of all land within such territory and th;�t no electors reside therein, and that said territory is contiguous to the City an�3 not within the cor�orate limits of any city, village or incorporated town or other municipality; and, WHEREAS, notice of iratention to take action for annexation has been given as required.
