.. � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2003-45 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERNIIT <br /> - 273 WEST PRAIRIE AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of July, 2003, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of David R. Gilman for a conditional use <br /> permit under the provisions of Section X.B.9 of the Zoning Ordinance to use the premises <br /> described below as a single family residence: <br /> The east one and one-quarter (1.25) feet of Lot Eight (8) and all of Lot Seven (7) <br /> in Block Five (5) of William Bandy's Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book G, <br /> Page 30 in the Records in the Recorder's Office, Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such conditional use <br /> permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same are hereby, received, placed on file and granted. <br /> Section 2. That a conditional use permit be, and it is hereby, granted to David R. Gilman, <br /> and only to David R. Gilman to use said premises as a single family residence. <br />
