. r v ORDINANCE NO. 2003-37 ORDINANCE AMENDING R-6 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT - WABASH CROSSING FIRST ADDITION - WHEREAS, on the Sth day of June, 2003, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of East LakelDecatur LLC to modify and ' amend a Planned Unit Development previously approved by Ordinance No. 2003-05, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows : All of Lots I through 118 and the roadway and alley right of way as shown on the Final Plat of Wabash Crossing First Addition recorded as Document Number 1619442 in Book Number 1832, Page 803 in the Macon County Recorder's Of�ce, said subdivision being a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section II, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian, City of Decatur, Macon County, Illinois; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the modification of said Planned Unit Development as requested be authorized. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Corrunission be, and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved.
