0 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2003-36 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> - 135 SOUTH 44TH STREET - <br /> - COUNTRY CLUB VILLAS - <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of June, 2003, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Tony Romano, The Romano Company, to <br /> modify and amend the R-3 Planned Unit Development previously approved by Ordinance No. <br /> 2001-50, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described on E�chibit A attached <br /> hereto and hereby made a part hereof; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend <br /> that the modification of said R-3 Planned Unit Development as requested be authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Comxnission be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid R-3 Planned Unit Development be, and the same is hereby, <br /> modified and amended, and petitioner be, and it is hereby, authorized and permitted to develop <br /> the premises described above in accordance with the plans hereto attached, marked Exhibit B and <br /> hereby made a part hereof. <br />
