► . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2003-35 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> - 239-247 WEST PRAIRIE AVENUE - <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of June, 2003, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Catholic Charities, for a conditional use <br /> permit under the provisions of Section XXII, C of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the operation of <br /> a retail clothing shop and a food pantry as a Historic Neighborhood Use on property located in <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois and legally described as follows: <br /> The west eight(8) feet of Lot Two (2) and all of Lots Three(3), Four(4), Five(5) <br /> and Six(6)in Block Five(5) of William Bandy's Addition, as per Plat recorded <br /> in Book G, Page 30 in the Records in the Recorder's Office, Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such conditional use <br /> permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same are hereby,received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That a conditional use pernut be, and it is hereby, granted to Catholic <br /> Charities, and only to Catholic Charities, to operate a retail clothing shop and a food pantry as a <br /> Historic Neighborhood Use upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat thereof <br /> hereto attached marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> 1 <br />
