. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2003-34 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> -3231 EAST MOUND ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of June, 2003, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Jei�rey A. Walker, to rezone premises <br /> described as: <br /> The north 180 feet of the west 940.33 feet of Lot 192 of Larkdale Addition as per <br /> Plat recorded in Book 300, Page 240 of the Records in the Recorder's Of�ce of <br /> Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 Single Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 Single <br /> Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial District. <br />
