ADDITIONS AND <br /> CHAPTER 47 <br /> CONTROL OF ANIMALS. FOWL AND DOGS <br /> 20. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES. <br /> A. All dogs and cats kept and maintained within the corporate limits of <br /> the City of Decatur shall be registered by the owner or owners thereof with the <br /> Finance Department. The owner or owners of said animal shall present proof of <br /> rabies vaccination to the Finance Department upon which the dog or cat may be <br /> registered. Such registration shall be valid for one year from the date of <br /> vaccination. The registration fee for dogs and cats registered within 30 days of <br /> inoculation against rabies shall be�Be�a�s-(�5:�8}Ten Dollars ($10.00) if the <br /> dog or cat is spayed or neutered and . Thirty-Five Dollazs <br /> $35.00 if the dog or cat is not so altered. The registration fee for any dog or cat <br /> registered more than thirty days after the date of inoculation against rabies shall be <br /> double the original fee. <br /> * * * <br /> 30. PAYMENT OF CITATIONS. <br /> A. A person cited for a violation of any section of this Chapter as herein <br /> provided may terminate any further proceedings by the City due to said violation <br /> by making payment to the City at the offce of the City Treasurer in the amount of <br /> . Thirtv Five Dollars ($35.00�. Payment will be <br /> considered as made only when the City Treasurer is in receipt of the full amount. <br /> If a person is cited for more than one violation of this Chapter on a single citation, <br /> �AA}ThirtY-Five Dollars �$35.00) must be paid for each <br /> violation listed in order to terminate any further proceedings. <br />
