F ' . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2003-09 <br /> ORDINANCE DESIGNATING CLASS II HIGHWAYS <br /> BE IT O1�DAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate regulatory signs giving notice thereof are placed <br /> thereon, the following streets be, and they are hereby, designated Class II highways: <br /> Cantrell Street- Between Franklin Street and Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive; <br /> Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive- Between Cantrell Street and Gault Street. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Engineering and Infrastructure be, and he is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to place appropriate signs upon said streets. <br /> Section 3.
